The Global LEADERS! programme is designed to enhance the strategic perspective and sharpen the business acumen of senior executives, as well as to equip them to be more effective in today's networked economy. Vikas Tibrewala
Professor Vikas Tibrewala was previously a Professor of Management and President of SKOLKOVO Leaders Forum at the SKOLKOVO Moscow School of Management. He served for 19 years on the faculty at INSEAD as Senior Affiliate Professor of Marketing, and for two years at the Monitor Group as Executive Director and Senior Faculty member of Monitor Executive Development. His primary teaching and consulting interests centre around unlocking growth through outstanding marketing strategy development and execution. Professor Tibrewala has designed, directed, and taught a number of senior executive seminars for companies across a large variety of industries. He has consulted with leading organisations in the USA, Europe and Asia on issues around strategy, growth trajectories, marketing strategy, execution, and branding. His case study "United Colours of Benetton" (co-authored with Professor Pinson) was awarded the 1999 "Best Marketing Case" award by the European Case Clearing House and Business Week. He has also published a case study on the leading-edge CSR philosophy of Tata Steel. Professor Tibrewala serves on the Advisory Boards of NorthCap Partners, a Danish venture capital firm and EastOne, a CIS-focused private equity firm. He holds a Ph.D. from New York University, an MBA from Cornell and a B.Com. from the University of Bombay.

Ronald A. Warren
Ronald Warren is the Co-founder of LMAP, LLC. and a Guest Lecturer at the Yale School of Management Executive Education Program and at Yale's CEO College. He has a broad range of experience including organisational assessment, executive coaching and clinical training and experience. He earned a PhD from The University of Chicago, Department of Behavioural Science specialising in Clinical Psychology. After completing clinical training in Chicago, Dr. Warren moved to the Silicon Valley and shifted his vocational focus to Industrial-Organizational Psychology to build computer-based assessment systems. He has since developed personality and competency 360s used worldwide by thousands of professionals. His first PC-based assessment was featured in Newsweek; the second assessment he authored, was declared the best expert system we've seen to date by InfoWorld. Dr. Warren now splits his time between research and development and delivering client services.

Peter Williamson
Peter Williamson is Professor of International Management at the University of Cambridge, Judge Business School and Fellow of Jesus College. Peter divides his time between research and consulting on leadership, multinationals (with a special interest in emerging market firms), M&A, and business ecosystem innovation and serving as non-executive director of several companies spanning financial services through to green energy. He has held professorships at London Business School, Harvard Business School and INSEAD (in Fontainebleau and Singapore). Formerly with Merrill Lynch and The Boston Consulting Group, he earned his PhD in Business Economics from Harvard University.

Peter has been visiting China regularly since 1983, assisting numerous multinationals and Chinese joint ventures in industries as diverse as textiles, machinery, airlines, retailing and financial services. Peter has advised foreign companies on several acquisitions in China. More recently he has been assisting Chinese companies venturing abroad to develop international strategies and organisation and to integrate acquisitions.
